Got it... Finaly

Thanks to djimmy31 and his 88' parts car She is up and running again.
I did change the Rotor and Cap, which gave an instant and noticeable improvement in the quick and easy start after sitting in my driveway for a month! Took her out for a test-drive and blew a little white smoke out of her till she was back to normal. I cleaned off the engine real good up front and on the passenger side so I should be able to monitor that front U seal leak. I never knew that block looked like a cast iron pan under all that oil… I can even read the engine ID#. Now back to the inspection station to see if my water temp sensor did the trick for my emissions.
