Are you talking about the rigid lines that run along the block or the flexible lines that connect the rigid lines to the radiator? It's common for the flexible lines to develop leaks. The rigid lines will eventually leak if the clamp grommets give out allowing the lines to rub against the clamp. Get new grommets if you're replacing the rigid lines.
