Is the compressor coming on? Low pressure will not allow the compressor to engage. If you don't already have a guage go and get one, the are avalable at the parts store. Plug into the low side and check your pressure. Seems like you may have a leak and very likely since you just had work done on your system. Start the car, turn the AC on full blast, look under the hood and see if the front portion of the compressor pully is turning (be careful and wear eye protection) if it is not then you either have an electrical problem or low system pressure, but more likely low system pressure.
