I see it everyday, I work in most of Denver's "inner-city" public schools. And although I come across as a conservative I am not in agreement with BHD on this issue. I feel bad for these kids, but before they can be helped, they need to show that they will help themselves.

So who is creating the crime in the "hood" if you disagree with me then you must think its outsiders doing it....Who dumps the trash...who is in the gangs....who is doing the graffitti and the other vandalism.....
Its the people in the hood....they have no respect for things....or for themselves....
Being poor does not equate with being a dirty criminal slob.
The inner city mess is purely a result of the people who live in the inner city...
Home is what you make it....and we see what they have made it. THe crime statistics show it all.
