I run windows xp pro on my home system, and have not had a problem with it.

I also run mac os through pear pc just for kicks.

Both are good, I prefer windows, because of what software I use with it.

I like macs too, for business use, PC's are generally the norm, but macs do get used by some businesses.

It's up to a matter of preference. Macs run great, and a good pc with xp pro properly installed and configured can run great too. but it all comes down to which you like to use btter and what software you need to run.
