I think you'll find Doubleclick cookies anywhere you go on the web, probably includiing Mercedesshop - DoubleClick is an advertising server/aggregator, their cookie is tracking what ads you click on so the advertiser pays for the clickthrough. It's just part of life on the web, and not really the kind of Spyware that most people are up in arms about.
BTW, if cookies bug you a lot (they do me, sort of) set your browser security settings to ping you for permission before a site can set a cookie (works for IE and Netscape, I don't know about Firefox). It's annoying for a while because you'll get little boxes every page you go to, but if you have the box clicked for "Treat all cookies from this site the same way", eventually there'll be fewer trying to get through. It may screw you up on some sites you use regularly that won't give you access (or let you buy stuff or whatever) without setting cookies, but you can go to the list of sites on your browser and change those from "Always Block" to "Always Allow".
