Is photo radar just a tool that allows chicken$hits to give tickets for violations that no flesh and blood cop would ever pull you over for? There is no way any real live police officer would pull someone over for doing 10 over unless they were using it as probable cause. I should be commended for slowing down to 30 for god sakes.
Has a legal precedent been set for fighting these things? Not that it would be worth it to do so, just wondering for next time.

ANY ticket is worth fighting.....take lots of photos th show your path to the school zone and how its not well marked....
I have only had one ticket I have recieved NOT be reduced in severity or thrown out in the years I have been driving......
