Do you have the White Gauge Face from Performance Products (made by NRauto, P/N # 3534) installed though? When I have the factory installed black gauge face, yes, it is evenly lit, but not with the white one.
Even on NR's own website, it shows it is lit unevenly. I have attached the pic that they show on their website. If it doesn't show, here is the link:

I have already checked the bulbs both with a continuity tester, and also by swapping out known good bulbs and I still get the same result.
