veg_burner, the hard part is getting the old retaining rings to let loose. I found that they rotate, you grab on the back of the unit, then spin the front to release them. Then you carefully push the vents back, it is real easy to pop off that rubber connector, so be gentle and check it often. Make sure you have turned the vent to "off" so you don't have hot air blowing around back there...
And if I want to change back, everything is right there...
