oh right on ..... it should buzz while key on .... or running only ?

Today i checked the filter on the warm up valve , clean . Replaced a couple vacuum lines . One line under the throttle body was off , where the are 2 right there ..... man what a pain getting that back on for sure . Thought that would help .... nothing different .

Also .... sometimes i can unhook the idle solenoid , and nothing changes , then sometimes it will rev up a little when i unhook it .... should that change the idle at any rate ?
