You are getting ripped off, it sounds like your guy is buying parts from the dealer then marking them up some more. Lemforder is OE this is what is on your car now.

This is a very basic job, you will need a few wrenchs and a tie rod fork. Autozone rents them. Just measure the old ones and get the new ones close. Then get the front end aligned. $127 for an alignment is crazy I paid like $65, the dealer could probably do it for $100.
