Yet my next door neighbor just sold his house for 675,000 dollars and the new owners gutted it for remolding. When we moved here it was to get away from the rat race now there are strip malls down the street. I see the wrighting on the wall so I ask a realtor to find me a place about 15 miles south in the mountains around croy canyon road it is a dirt road that goes about ten miles up into the Santa Cruz mountains.
