The only way to accurately determine the transmission fluid level in the 722.6 transmissions is with the STAR tester. The temperature of the fluid needs to be exactly monitered and there is a formula using this information and the dipstick to determine proper fluid level. Your trans is VERY particular about having exactly the right level of fluid and damage can occur if this is not the case.
