What I should have said:
After all the repairs and replacement of the parts "there was NO change in the 20MPH vibration". There is no vibration at any other speed. When driving down the road the car is smooth, with no vibrations.
If I had to make my living trying to explain things in writing, I would have starved to death long ago.
