The rear SAM/fuse box is a major player in those two systems as well as many others. Start with the simple and easy things first. Fuse #50 powers the rear sun shade. If it's OK remove the rear seat bench to access the rear SAM. Check for water damage in that area. 220's are notorious for this problem. Good luck
