FWIW, be it 150 or 700 hp, if the gearing ain't there, the speeds cannot be reached. The 300D/SDL are geared so that they run into their rev limiters at their maximum speeds, approximately. No matter how many ponies they put out, they won't get any faster than 120 - 130 mph. Unless the IP is configured differently.
