You have to deal with the sad situation of a 2nd gear start. The W124 transmission is designed to start in 2nd for comfort and fuel efficiency. The 300E will not "peel out" unless you get the $350 valve body upgrade. That will give you the 1st gear start and the ability to "peel out". Your powerband is in the 2500 to 4000 rpm range, so it is not a city racer, more suited for highway speeding The Eaton supercharger is a mod in progress, and the guy that is doing it, has yet to complete his project.
