My experience with them has been very positive. They have some well thought out solutions to common problems, tailored for the DIY MB owner. They might not be the cheapest parts supplier, but they have put together a number of kits that come with instructions that are undoubtedly helpful to those without a well-stocked library of service publications. I definitely give them a thumbs up.
