I totally agree, and I have an EXTREMELY SERIOUS problem with this notion of "hospitalizing" the guy, if he is considered emotionally unbalanced ,or whatever legal term they are using, for an indefinite amount of time, which is paramount to adding onto his sentence even though the law doesnt allow for a longer sentence.
The legislation should get some balls and make second offenses llife in prison.
ANY child porn should carry the same sentence.
BONEHEAD, I only pointed that out because I see even the mainstream media making the same error over and over, calling statutory rape as child molesting or pedophilia. THe reason its important is because if we start classifying the two together, it diminishes the gravity of TRUE PEDOPHILIA,
There is absolutely NO COMPARISION between seducing a 14 year old post puberescent boy into sex, and kidnapping, strangling and murdering an 8 year old girl, (yea, I know the comparision is a bit off, so what, hahah, I can act like a liberal occasionally)
