Just kidding. That's pretty bizarre. Sounds like something is crossed with the dome light. I wonder if the dome light had a bad ground if you could get that sort of behavior. Do the wipers come on at full power or do they seem to be only on weakly? Do the door buzzer and dome light function properly?
