Not too bad. You'll need a jack to support the rear of the trans, a couple of sockets (14mm and 17mm, maybe 15mm IIRC), and a 19mm wrench (preferably box end, 6-pt.). First, spray the nut on top of the mount, the crossmember-to-mount and crossmember-to-chassis bolts with some PB Blaster/Liquid Wrench or equivalent.

1) Support the trans
2) Loosen the 19mm nut at the top of the mount
3) Loosen the bolts that secure the mount to the crossmember
4) Remove the bolts that hold the crossmember to the chassis

I recommend undoing the crossmember last so that you can work up some torque in case the nut and the other bolts are seriously tight on there.
