Power for the Mexico Cassette will be via the cable to the amplifier behind the upper console cover. Remove the two screws that hold it on (one passenger side below the AC drain, one driver's side beside the gas pedal). the amplifier is bolted to a bracket behind the cover.

Fuse is in the wire there somewhere.

The Mexico Cassette was an option in 73, I believe.
