My 300cd has been shifting funny lately and looking for help. The transmission was new in 2000/2001 from MB and have been great since I purchased the car. However a few weeks ago it started shifting a bit hard especially before it warms up. Once it warms up it seems to be fine and shift normal... when its cold, it shifts at higher rpm's and sometimes is flairing from 1-2 2-3.

Any thoughts? I am thinking it could be vacuum related.
