Get new switches for the windows, $18 each last time I looked (several years ago, probably more now) as this is the usual cause. Else probably broken wires in the rubber tube at the door. Motors almost never go bad.
Get a new fader switch, they aren't the best design. You can try some contact cleaner to de-gunk it, but the effect will probably be temporary.
The lift angles for the sunroof are broken. Do a search on "sunroof" -- I've described this a couple times. Not a terribly hard job, but plan on about $300 for parts and a day's work the first time. Get some sunroof past from Rusty at BuyMBParts, he sells a 2 oz tin rather than the 16 oz can MB sells for $60 -- you really do need it (nothing else works properly to lube the sunroof rails) and you won't use the 2 oz tin, let alone the big can, in a lifetime.
Change your oil religiously. I recommend Mobil 1, or any other full synthetic oil, 6000 mile intervals.
