Im in the same boat, not that badly, if need be I can concentrate and get it done right, but I am also always setting myself for a minimum to achieve, if I need an 80% to be happy, I will get a 79%.
The best way I found to get my stuff done and organized was to wait for the last minute and then stress out about it and only concentrate on topic. I also tried faking a panic situation of last minute and that also works well. Im always confronted with people either needing me or wanting to talk to me so just get selfish and talk to no one. Thats what I do anyways, works ok most of the time,
