Make sure the air flap moves, you may want to clean the venturi.

You should also check for leaking idle control valve hoses, as a bad leak there will prevent the engine from starting or idling properly because no air is being drawn through the metering flap.

I would also check to make sure the EHA o-rings both made it back in place, a leak here could also result in no fuel delivery.

Might be a good idea to check the cold start valve for proper operation as well.
