click "Start"

then click "Run"

next type in "msconfig"

click "ok"

then go over to the "startup" tab at the top and uncheck everything that is not common startup. Next click "apply" and then "ok"

Finally restart your computer in safe-mode once again and find the virus in windows explorer again and try to delete it.
