The problem is likely the switch contacts, if the fuse is OK. The motor is in the left trunkwell near the power antenna. Check the contacts with a meter while someone is operating the switch. If no voltage, pull the switch and meter that (check for power in). If the switch has voltage in, but the motor has none, you have found the least expensive problem. If the motor is getting power, but isn't moving, it's a bit pricier.
