Zafar .... Thanks, your are correct and I finally found it on my own last night. I pulled the cover off of the fuel pump relay and it looked in good condition. I tested it on the bench and it tested OK. I cleaned up the contacts and replaced it. Nothing changed. This morning I went to my local dealership and talked to the Assistant Parts Manager (that I have worked with for many years). He loaned me an Overvoltage Relay and a Fuel Pump Relay and told me to bring back the one that I didn't need. That blew me over, as a part house has never loaned me parts before without even a deposit. Anyway, the Overvoltage Relay was the problem. After installing the new one, the engine started immediately.

Thanks to the previous posters who left the answers in previous postings.
