Your chassis had an upgrade part for the OVP [ common problem]
The new part is 00 540 67 45, which you probably now have .
The old probmatic one was 000 540 52 45.
If that is what was in there , you should be all set now, but if the one you took out was already the newer one, you may want to check the fuse/s on top of the one you took out, as that would cause the OVP problem as well....
You prob already did such, but just in case.........
