Have you tried starting Windows in safe mode? This usually stops the virus being so active on your system & allows you to try things with your anti virus programs, or possibly delete the infected file. In case you dont know how, press F8 (top line on keboard) after the BIOS loads & just before Windows starts. Then just follow the on scrn instructions. What version of windows are you using? Shouldnt really matter as they all use F8 to enter safe mode. To get back to normal mode, restart as normal & hope!
