I have a thread somewhere back on this. The basics are you need to get the grease/oil off the concrete which can be done with a bristle brush/brrom and just about any detergent (no need to buy the high $$ stuff). The grease/oil is gone when you see no more film on the water - just have a stain.
Tools
Broom -shop type with bristles
1 sack of concrete - (no premix, with rocks and sand)
If your area in question is divided into sections you may want to do the entire section.
Wet the area with hose. Sprinkle liberaly the concrete mix over the section.
Go with concrete grain with broom (watch you foot tracks). You are just dealing with a light silth of concrete mix - brush full strokes with concrete grain completely off surface. Allow to dry. Impress your neighbors - they will think you poured a new driveway. Holds up well until you park another leaking 300D there
