At first those pictures of the mini and ford crash tests really surprised me by showing the weakness of the pickup. But, then I realized you have to remember that pickup probably weighs at least 3 times as much as that Mini. That means 3 times the force at the same acceleration (or decceleration as the case may be). Illustrates that you are not always safer in a heavier vehicle.
