The sunroof on my 98 e320 was stuck in the open position about (about 2"). With the help of this forum, I was able to remove the glass and could see my cables, not only out of the cover plates, but kinked-up in other places as well. I ordered new cover plates and got some MB sunroof grease. I figured as long as I was this far into it, I would attempt to put new cable guides in as well. The guides just came in so I'm ready to finish this project. Is cable guide replacement a difficult job? Also, does anybody know how to "sychronize" the sunroof cable if this is necessary to do? Thanks.
