One of the biggest stumbling blocks is going to be the front oil sump design of the MB diesel. Both the GM and the Dodge are rear sump chassis. I believe the Ford product is front sump still. Trying to fit a front sump engine in a rear sump chassis will require a ton of work to relocate either the sump or the front crossmember that supports the front suspension. This is not a project for the faint of heart. Its a moot point anyway if you can't get it passed the emissions laws. RT
