i live in harrisonburg, VA and just got 300 gallons of B99.99% delivered with the federal subsidy from holtzman oil (they only deliver if over 150 gallons). it cost me 1.79 for heating oil blend and $2.19 for road blend. they said they put in 1 gallon of diesel and 1 gallon of dyed HO in each batch but after asking the guy, it sounds like it is actually straight up b100 (and they just charged the difference) and you cant tell a difference between the two! The $2.19 is pretty close if not less than 40 cetane crap-dino around here!

It runs awesome and makes me hungry to smell my tailpipe or backup on the driveway!
