Easy.

I presume you mean change the plastic insert.

First remove the entire chrome surround via the removal of the perimeter retaining bolts. These can located from inside with the hood up using your fingers and undone using a socket (10mm, I think) extension.

With the chrome surround removed the clips can be released and the plastic insert removed.
