You can probably go with the 60k service and be just fine.
However, at 120k, wear and tear items are the bigger issue than routine maintenance.
Cooling system components start to call themselves to attention...coolant pump, expansion tank, level sensor, and of course, the infamous radiator inlet neck crack.
Check the belt tensioner, and of course, the serpentine belt.
Check for leaks that may have manifested. The front timing cover seals, the cam solenoid, the power steering seals, and of course, the dreaded head gasket, usually leaking from the rear of the cylinder head.
Your suspension bushings are probably in need of attention, so check for cracking or erosion. Also check the flex discs on the driveshaft for the same.
