The PO changed the oil at the FSS interval on my E300 all it's life with synthetic.. somewhere between 10,000 and 15,000 miles. I'm coming up on 9,000 and getting nervous.. FSS says there is still 2,500 miles to go.

It's CI rated, which is what you want. Just picked some up myself.
