Thanks for the tip on that website. I took the test this morning and passed.

I've been doing A/C work on my cars for a long time. While all my cars were either converted to R134a or had it orginally I figured it couldn't hurt to get the certification. And besides I'm looking to get a 300 turbodiesel and some are converted and some are not. They will probably prohibit the sale of R134a to uncertified people at some point for some reason.
