OT: Isn't a law like that unconstitutional? I seem to remember a rebellion shortly after the country was formed involving whiskey and the constitution. I don't think it went in the farmer's favor so maybe there is a clearly established precedent of trying to control what people ingest. I have never done drugs, don't smoke, and I don't even drink but every time I hear about drug laws it pisses me off big time.
