as already mentioned, never trust the dealers when it comes to brakes. it's sad how dealers do this to make money but they're actually falsely perpetuating bad reputation for MB vehicles eating brakes. many mb owners are duped into getting new pads every 10k miles, but they need to learn about their cars better. rotors should be changed on 2nd set of pads i believe.
