Can anyone give me or send me a step by step on how to replace spark plugs on a 1995 E320 Wagon.. I have a ongoing thread on my shudder problem at acceleration. I called the dealer to set appt to get diagnostics on it and they sd they were covered up today. I told the Ser MGR my problem and sd sounds like spart plugs so I 'll do that and advise?!
