My 92 was that way until I had the front shocks/struts replaced. I was also having trouble with clearance betwen the tops of the tires and the fenders.

I know that shocks aren't SUPPOSED to affect the way a car sits, ot it's height, but I can't argue with the results.

Yours is the same age mine was when I had the work done. Check the front shocks...
