You pick it up at the factory get breakfast/lunch and also a tour then the hand over ceremony and off you go. There is a additional 5 day package when we do the next one we will do that. The hotels are top notch and mercedes treat you right. It was an excellent trip my 5 year old still talks about it. I will never buy a benz through a dealer again.
