YES, Your dealer will know exactly waht that is -very common.

The climate control blend doors are actuated by small electric motors (stepper motors). One of the motors has broken through the cheap plastic linkage. It is a very common repair, but the upated links are a lot better and I have not seen or heard of one breaking yet.
