Yesterday I was waiting in the left hand turn lane for an arrow at a busy light.... as usual cars blast through in the cross traffic after the yellow and into the green arrow for me. .. I hestitated and was glad I did .. here came a guy on a vespa making a left turn while it's my turn... wearing no helmut and talking on a cell phone.
That is a first for me .. never seen that one before.

I honked lonog and loud and expected the "bird"... but he had no hands left to flip me off with.
