Did you recently change the secondary (big) fuel filter? I had the same problem a few weeks ago. There's a little o-ring on the big bolt that holds the fuel filter in place. Remove the secondary fuel filter, pull that fixing bolt out of the filter bracket, and replace that o-ring. May not be the culprit, but doesn't cost much to eliminate this possibility.
