I just finished replacing the fan clutch bracket on my 89 190E w/2.6 engine.
There is a metric allen head bolt holding it on. I was able to push on the belt to increase the tension and loosen the bolt. There are four bolts that hold the pulley to the hub of the bracket. Hope this helps.
