This particular setup doesn't have a centre bolt, there are two tools for this job,

One tool holds the pulley, It basically locks onto the four bolts that retain the pulley to the water pump flange.

Then with the other tool, which is basically a big spanner, undo the viscous hub from the water pump shaft.
